Join us for a sound bath like no other as we immerse into a powerful sonic journey to explore our inner worlds and create deep restoration for our bodies, minds, and spirits. This unique sensory experience combines a crafted musical performance with vibrational healing, shamanic drumming, psychoacoustics, and original mantras to create a sense-rich mindfulness experience that promotes emotional release, heightened states of consciousness and creativity, and deep relaxation. Ada and Nathan blend brilliant vocal harmony with instruments both traditional and modern, including crystal bowls, harmonium, guitar, didgeridoo, hand pan, Native American frame drum, and more. 

All bodies and abilities are welcome! Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, mat, and anything else you might need to lie down and feel comfortable. There will be no props or mats available for rent.
